Mission Statement

For over 40 years, the Institute has met the evolving needs of Long Island real estate professionals and of the industry they serve.  Capitalizing on its affiliation with the School of Business at Stony Brook University and on the experience of its board of directors, the Institute serves as a respected spokes person on contemporary issues and as a resource for professional career development through symposia, white papers, luncheons, course work and social media. Equally important is its commitment tomeeting the needs of entrants into the real estate community by providing hands-on training, meaningful internships, networking opportunities and future scholarship and graduate programs.
