The Real Estate Practitioners Institute and C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University recently announced the establishment of the groundbreaking Regional Policy Center and Land Use Institute at Long Island University at a reception at the Milleridge Carriage House on January 24th. Introducing the Initiative at the event were Dr. David Steinberg, President C.W. Post College of Long Island University; John Gutleber, President of REPI and C.E.O. Castagna Realty Company, Inc. Land use expert, Dan Gulizio, J.D., AICP, who will be heading up the program, provided additional information.
