Mark also works closely with clients in the following areas:

• planning and consulting on corporate and personal financial matters to retain and increase net-worth
• advising family-owned business clients on succession planning
• negotiating and structuring shareholder/buyout agreements
• estate planning using sophisticated wealth-preservation techniques

In addition, Mark assists clients in litigation support matters, including matrimonial, bankruptcies, and workouts.  He works with attorneys throughout the discovery process, consulting on interrogatories and depositions as well as drafting and submitting affidavits.

Mark Bosswick graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, cum laude.  He received a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School and a Master of Laws degree in taxation from New York University School of Law.  In 1984, he obtained his license as a Certified Public Accountant in New York.  Mark was admitted to practice law before the Courts of New York in 1987 and the United States Tax Court in 1988.
