ABOUT THE REAL ESTATE PRACTITIONER'S INSTITUTE

Mary Brower

Mary Brower, Residential Review Appraisal Manager for the Nassau County Assessment Review Commission performs real estate appraisals, appraisal quality control and real estate training. Appraising in excess of 22 years, she is a New York State Certified Residential Appraiser, Licensed Realtor, Licensed Appraisal Instructor and Small Claims Assessment Review (SCAR) Hearings Officer. She is the 1996-97 past president of The Appraisal Division of the Long Island Board of Realtors and was formerly the Vice President and Regional Director of the Appraisal Process for the Northeast Region of Citibank. Mary has been appointed as a Regional Advisor to the New York State Department of State, Division of Licensing Services Appraisal (licensing) Board.

Mary teaches the Appraisal Licensing Courses, Salesperson and Broker qualifying courses and continuing education seminars for appraisers and realtors at C.W. Post Campus-Long Island University, the Long Island Board of Realtors and various other local and national venues.
