John Damianos, Esq.
|
John Damianos is a Principal and Legal Counsel for the Damianos Realty Group LLC. Joining the family business in 1980, his main responsibilities include overseeing the operations of all the firm's established properties. In addition, he takes an active role in the preparation and development of new development projects.
Together with his Property Management team, John has consistently worked towards providing an exceptional environment for our tenants, closely adhering to the special design qualities of each project.
A member of the Suffolk County Bar Association since 1982, John has been influential in the success of the organization, directing all matters relating to the Company's acquisitions, leasing, operations and real estate transactions.
John has also devoted his time as a board member of his community's Greek Church, a board member of the Middle Country Growth Coalition and the Long Island Building Owners-Managers Association (BOMA).
A graduate of Long Island University, John earned his Juris Doctor from the California School of Law. He currently resides in Setauket. |
