Patrick Fogarty
|
Patrick Fogarty is the president of Fogarty Advisory Services, a full service real estate company. With 20 + years of experience, Patrick started his career as a credit trained management associate at Marine Midland Bank (1987). He served the company as a real estate lender thru 1994, during which time he worked on complex commercial credits including loan originations, restructures, workouts and asset management.
In 1994, Patrick changed directions to work for a prominent NYC real estate owner /developer/ manager where he learned the business of real estate. He assumed the role of an asset manager, project manager, and commercial leasing agent working on hundreds of transactions until 1998. Thereafter he Joined a Garden City based Broker Dealer to take over the day to day management of a multi-state commercial / residential / industrial portfolio that he re-positioned and liquidated with great success for its owners. During this time, Patrick obtained his commercial broker's license (March 2000) and, soon thereafter, became a sole practitioner under his FAS Realty Group. During 2002-2006 Patrick performed lending, property management, and development services for third parties and his own account. In 2007 he joined First American Title Insurance company of New York as vice president of sales in their National Commercial Services Division. From 2007-2011 Patrick developed and nurtured national client relationships on behalf of the company. He also served as liason with numerous customers that would come into NY looking for opportunities in real estate and distressed debt. During this time, Patrick solidified his knowledge of the CMBS market interacting directly with underwriters and servicers and borrowers.
As of this year, Patrick has returned to private practice in order to maximize opportunities in the marketplace. His targets for new business opportunities come from consulting, brokerage, distressed debt, lending and title insurance. Patrick is Married to Josie, and together they have three teen-age children (Pat, Danielle, and Matthew). The Fogarty's reside in Stewart Manor. |
