ABOUT THE REAL ESTATE PRACTITIONER'S INSTITUTE |

Vincent E. Giovinco, C.P.A. is a First Vice President of New York Community Bank in the Mortgage Origination Division. As a loan officer for the bank, Mr. Giovinco is responsible for the origination of multi-family, commercial, and construction loans. He is also the Building Relations Supervisor for the bank. Prior to his tenure with NYCB, Mr. Giovinco helped manage the Construction Lending Department for Astoria Federal Savings. Before his banking career, Mr. Giovinco spent four years as an Acquisitions Analyst for Kimco Realty Corporation, the largest owner of shopping centers in the country. From 1991-1997, Mr. Giovinco worked as a C.P.A at the accounting firm of Kopelman & Co.
In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Practitioners Institute, Mr. Giovinco is also a member of the Community Bankers Mortgage Forum, Young Mortgage Bankers Association, Metropolitan Mortgage Officers Society, Long Island Builders Institute, Queens Bronx Builders Association, American Institute of CPA's, and the NY State Society of CPA's.
Mr. Giovinco is a graduate of Hofstra University with a B.B.A. in Public Accounting, and also earned a Certificate in Real Estate from Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus. |
