Mr. Murphy is Counsel to the Columbia Society of Real Estate Appraisers, Chairman Emeritus and a director of the Real Estate Institute of Long Island University, and has written extensively on all aspects of real estate valuation and practice. Presently the Village Justice of Oyster Bay Cove, Mr. Murphy was previously a Deputy Nassau County Attorney in the Land Division, as well as Chairman Emeritus of the Tax Certiorari and Condemnation Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association. |
