ABOUT THE REAL ESTATE PRACTITIONER'S INSTITUTE

Ludwig Odierna

Ludwig Odierna is the owner of Custom Funding Corporation, a New York State Registered Mortgage Brokerage located in Mineola, New York. Under Mr. Odierna's direction, the corporation has consistently provided mortgages for their clients at the least expense.

Mr. Odierna had been employed in the banking industry for 26 years before starting his own company. He was Vice President and Mortgage Officer of Hamilton Federal Savings; Senior Vice President of Residential Mortgage and Student Loans at East River Savings Bank; Vice President-Officer in Charge at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company.

In the community, Lud has served four years as a Trustee of the Incorporated Village of Williston Park as well as two years in the position of Deputy Mayor. He has served as President of the County Seat Kiwanis Club and The Rotary Club of Williston Park. Most recently, Lud was awarded the Paul Harris Fellow fom his associates within the Rotary Club. He is now an Assistant District Governor of District #7250. Lud is presently an active member of the Williston Park Chamber of Commerce as well as the Secretary of the Mineola Chamber of Commerce. In 2001 the Mineola Chamber of Commerce proclaimed him as the Business Person of the Year.
