Lee Rosner |
Lee Rosner has over 28 years of office and industrial real estate brokerage providing seller representation, landlord representation and tenant representation, investment sales, property management, commercial property development, expert witness - litigation support, zoning and land use consulting, and operational experience in the commercial real estate industry.
He started his own commercial real estate brokerage firm in 1985 and has completed in excess of $750,000,000 in real estate transactions over his lengthy professional career. 1998 marked the beginning of his affiliation with Coldwell Banker Commercial. He is currently is the Principal Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker Commercial Rosner & Associates, a leading full service commercial brokerage firm based in Islandia, Long Island, NY specializing in corporate real estate services.
In addition to his commercial real estate brokerage business, Lee owns and manages a substantial portfolio of income producing property located throughout New York State.
Lee is a native New Yorker and earned his B.S. from Syracuse University. He holds a New York State Broker's License and has completed hundreds of hours of industry specific education, over his many years in the commercial real estate business. Lee holds the prestigious CCIM and SIOR designations.
Lee currently serves as Trustee of the Incorporated Village of Port Jefferson and is the former Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals. |
