ABOUT THE REAL ESTATE PRACTITIONER'S INSTITUTE |

Henry C. Schreiber, Jr. is the president of Henron Development Corporation. He has been associated with real estate, real estate finance and building for more than 40 years.
Prior to the formation of Henron, Henry was a board member and president of Central Federal Savings, a billion dollar bank located in the metropolitan New York area.
He started his career in real estate in sales, leasing and real estate management prior to his banking career. He was designated real estate appraiser and a financial bank officer responsible for more than one billion dollars of real estate mortgage financing. During his years he was also president of the bank’s service corporation which renovated and built new condominiums and apartment buildings in Manhattan and Brooklyn in New York together with joint venturing in home construction on Long Island and Eastchester, New York.
Relative to his profession, Mr. Schreiber is a member of the Long Island Builders Institute, former board chairman and current member of the board of the Real Estate Practitioners Institute at C.W. Post University. He also lectured real estate and real estate finance and joint venture courses. He is a past president and founding member of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers, and a past president and founding member of the Long Island Mortgage Officers Society.
Mr. Schreiber is a trustee and past chairman of the Board of Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip, New York, former chairman of the board of the American Cancer Society, Man of the Year to the American Cancer Society golf fundraising event, recipient of the St. George’s Award by the American Cancer Society, The Good Neighbor Award form the Central Islip Civic Council and has been involved in fundraising for the Epilepsy foundation, Telecare and Cystic Fibrosis, and others. |
